Meal Prep Ideas
Finding coming up with meal prep ideas to be daunting, if not completely overwhelming? I would love to be one of those organized, perfect, over achieving fitness pros. I would love for my Instagram to be filled with pictures of my emaculate refrigerator and washboard abs. I have dreams and aspirations of becoming a bendy yogi, without one single stressful moment in my day.
I also wish I could sing like Michael Bolton, but that’s never going to happen either. I’m a female. And I have a Disney princess kind of voice. The point is, we tend to want what we don’t have.
And, like you, I don’t have the time to figure out meal prepping, though it is my heart’s desire. I love clean eating, strength training and yoga. I also have a very busy life, just like you!

Things you need:
4 lbs (1.8 kilos) of chicken thighs
1 yellow onion
6 garlic cloves
1 cup basmati rice (2 cups if you’re bulking)
1.5 cups water (3 cups in you’re bulking)
4 tbls coconut oil
1 small can (13.5 oz/400ml) coconut milk
1.5 tbls cumin
1.5 tbls chili powder
1.5 tbls garam masala
1 tbls tumeric
1 tbls ground ginger
1/2 tbls sea salt
2 sticks (16 tbls/220g) unsalted butter
1 cup tomato puree
